Teens are encouraged to express themselves in a fun and experimental way through drawing, painting, music and movement, mask making, creative writing, clay-making, sand-play or fun games. Learn about meditation and mindfulness.
Supporting those experiencing anxiety, depression, lacking confidence, feeling isolated or overwhelmed or who live with ASD, ADHD, OCD in a safe, calm and welcoming environment to be the best that they can be.
Benefits: feel calmer and more relaxed, improve self confidence, learn to regulate and better understand their emotions, improve listening and communication skills.
