| General Vibe | Hello, we are proud and excited to introduce you to Connect Home Support – Ipswich’s newest NDIS Registered provider of home care services. Connect Home Support is a boutique disability aged care home support provider servicing Ipswich and bordering areas of Lockyer Valley, Scenic Rim, Logan and Brisbane. Our team of experienced care support workers, and nursing staff are available 24 hrs a day, seven days a week to assist clients live the life they deserve in their home. Our Mission is to work in partnership with individuals, community, business and Government, to strive for excellence in meeting the holistic needs of our clients through the provision of high quality supportive, recreational, cultural, sporting and welfare programs. Services we offer, but are not limited to, include: · Assistance with ADL’s – showering/ dressing/ light housework and meal preparation. · Community support – escorting to appointments/ shopping/ social outings. · Specialised nursing care – wound care/ dressings, tube feeds, catheter care, Our Team is comprised of keen and experienced aged care/ home support carers, Cert III carers, Enrolled or Registered Nurses. All have police checks, working with children/ blue cards (if required) and are Influenza and Covid-19 vaccinated. Participants of Connect Home Support will not have any out of pocket for our services with their current funding covering eligible service items. Those unable to receive NDIS or other funding can be accommodated at our reasonable “pay as you go” rates. |
