I am an energetic and enthusiastic, independent support worker with more that 25 years experience working in the disability field.

I have experience with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Schizophrenia, Physical Challenges, Parkinson’s, Dementia, Anxiety, Depression, ABI and Behavioural Challenges.

I love sharing the mental and physical health benefits of and active outdoor lifestyle with my clients. In fact I am very aware of how much high intensity solo outdoor activities can help with mental  health, because I have done this myself to improve my mental health. I would be keen to support others to do the same. I also know the benefits of supporting people in their artistic and creative pursuits.

My goal is to support the people I work with to have the most interesting, fulfilling and enriching life possible.
