Biography (Optional)	I found yoga when I was experiencing some challenging life experiences and it helped me to navigate those experiences with more grace. I have extensive training in yoga, yoga as it relates to trauma, mental health and wellness. Yoga as a therapeutic tool including myfoascial release, functional anatomy (addressing dysfunction), as well as breath techniques to improve quality of breathing and meditation techniques to support a healthy mindset. I have experience supporting people with a broad range of issues mental health issues (anxiety, depression), neurological and physical conditions including supporting those with Huntington’s disease experiencing chorea. I believe if you have a body, you can do yoga!

General Vibe	I’m a little bit of a nerd and believe a big part of my role is education. I’m always seek to learn more myself and to share that knowledge with those I work with. I have a lightheartred sense of humour (love a good Dad joke) and I believe laughter is medicine.
