Biography (Optional)	Hello, It’s nice to e-meet you! I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a member of Dietitians Australia. I am passionate about helping people to improve their health without the nutrition nonsense. I say no to restriction, calorie counting, fad foods, and food rules! I have a special interest in conditions of the gastrointestinal tract, nutritional psychiatry, and eating disorders and have undertaken additional training in these areas. My mission is to support participants to eat a diet that is full of a variety of foods that are delicious and beneficial for their physical health, mental health, and social well-being. I promote a way of eating that is natural, intuitive, and brings your back to your body. When I am not being a dietitian you can find me cooking, painting, visiting museums, enjoying meals out with friends, walking along the beach, dog sitting, stand-up paddle boarding, practicing pilates or yoga, travelling, or going on adventures in my van.
