I am deeply passionate about Mental Health Awareness and supporting people to reach their goals. I have completed and participated in studies in Community Services, Youth Work, Children’s Services; and am currently finishing my Certificate IV in Disability. 


I have a strong ability to communicate with and create safe and welcoming spaces with people from all different backgrounds and cultures. I am an ally and member of the LGBTQI+ community, Body Positive (I am plus sized), Pro Human Rights in all aspects and believe in treating people with respect, kindness and encouraging others to be their own agents of change. My support approach is Person-Centred and I’m guided by my clients in how they wish to be supported.

I’m also an excellent cook and spend all my free time preparing meals at home, for friends and learning new recipes. My Favourites include Korean, Japanese and Thai. I also enjoy Video Games (Console and PC), Books, Cafes and Cats!
