I have a strong background in community services, specialising in mental health and case management.

I come qualified with a Masters of counselling, Bachelor of Psychology and various other qualifications in mental health, case management, community services and more.

I am incredibly passionate about helping the community and aim to support my clients to be the best version of themselves they can be.

At Haven Therapy Co we aim to provide therapy in a relaxed and calming environment where our clients feel safe and respected. Therapists office can a daunting place to visit for people of all ages. We aim to find a space for you to be your true self, wether that be at the beach, in a park, in your own home, over the phone or over the computer we offer flexibility and support. We are experienced in counselling and  psychotherapy, but also offer case management, life coaching and the occasional support work.
