Display options
High contrast — stronger text & borders for easier reading.
No colour — greyscale, to reduce glare and visual clutter.
Text size — tap to step the whole register larger (Normal → Large → Larger).
Easy read — a clearer font with more line spacing.
Highlight source words — when Speak text is on, each word lights up in the original content (heading, modal body, etc.) as it’s read, so you can follow the speech in context. Pairs with the karaoke captions strip; turn either off if you prefer one or the other.
Language — read the register in your language.
Your choices are remembered on this device. Use Reset to return everything to normal.
Fun fact — why “A11y”?
“A11y” is shorthand for accessibility. It’s a “numeronym”: the 11 stands for the eleven letters between the “a” and the “y” (a-ccessibilit-y) — and, fittingly, it looks a lot like the word “ally”. 💙

⚠️ Important — please read. This register collects banning & compliance information published by official regulators (the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission). It is provided as a research and awareness aid only and is not legal advice. Records may be incomplete, delayed, or later changed, and an individual’s identity cannot always be guaranteed. Always confirm against the official register before acting on anything you see here. Shuffles accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on this page.
Stacks. Each card is a “Stack” — every banning & compliance order we hold for one provider (grouped by their ABN) or one person (grouped by name & location), gathered together so you see their full history at a glance.
Severity colour. The colour shows how serious the latest action is — red (most serious, e.g. an active banning), through amber and yellow (a compliance notice), down to grey (historical / no longer in force). Use the Severity toggle and the legend (ⓘ) to show or hide it.
Find & sort. Search by name, ABN or order type; filter By state, by compliance type, or In force only; switch View between grouped Stacks and individual Cards, and Layout between Grid and List; and sort by Latest, Earliest, A–Z or Severity.
Open a Stack. Click any card to see every order it holds — effective dates, location, registration groups, the relevant information, and a link to the official NDIS Commission record for each one.
Business details. Where available, a Stack shows confirmed business details (entity name, registration status, GST and any trading names) so you can be sure exactly who the orders relate to.
📰 Media. Some Stacks include related news & media. Only our admins & moderators add or change media here, and every item is reviewed before it appears — so you only ever see vetted, relevant coverage (a 📰 badge on a card shows how many are attached). Have something to add? Join & post in our community space (link at the foot of this page) and the team can add it.
Always verify. This register is a research aid — please confirm against the official NDIS Commission register before acting on anything you see here.
