Biography (Optional)	I have 15 years’ experience in the Disability industry working my way up from a Support worker to 8 years as a SIL coordinator/ Community Coordinator, working with people from various walks of life. I have previously worked for big organisations, learning, taking in knowledge and expanding my skills along the way. I decided it was time to start my own business and designing it the way I wanted it to be ran, not everyone fits into a box and I felt it was important to design a service that is tailored to meet the needs of the individual. Since April 2023, I have been working for myself but slowly building the business in background. I now have a team of 30+ qualified and experienced staff and we are looking at expanding as the business grows. Male and female staffing available.

Services Description	Community Access Supporting participants to engage with their local community, pursue interests, attend appointments, or simply enjoy social outings. Assistance with Daily Activities & Respite Helping with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores — including short-term respite care, all planned around each individual’s needs. In-Home Support & Community Care Flexible day shifts, night shifts, and weekend care available in the comfort of your own home or out in the community. Qualified Chef Support Meal planning and preparation support by a qualified chef — promoting independence, healthy eating, and life skills. Gardening Services Assistance with basic garden maintenance and outdoor tasks to support a comfortable home environment. Aged Care Support We provide services for self-managed and plan-managed aged care participants, with a compassionate and person-centred approach.
