Effective Policy and Compliance was Founded by Gina Ingrouille in 2017.  The Founder has a health and human service background spanning 35 years.  We didn’t become experts in the last five minutes, or even the last five years!

As Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder, Gina brings her expertise from a frontline clinical background, experience as CEO for two high profile not-for- profit organisations, over ten years as a policy analyst for the NSW and Victorian public sector, quality standard assessing and auditing since 2004, operational management across a range of service types including aged care, disability, mental health, drug and alcohol, and consumer run and led activities.

It is with all these roles and experience, that Gina leads the development of policies, tools, resources, training, business plans and other content. When receiving advice from Effective Policy or Effective Learning, you can be assured you will receive well rounded advice.
