Founded in 2019, a group of healthcare professionals gathered and formed the company with a vision of establishing support, activities and provide quality service that would enable individuals to choose and cultivate their potentials. The team believes that individuals should have the choice and control of their lives.

During the first group engagement, they have decided to come up with a company name that would give them a distinct feature. Their logo was designed to symbolise the ability to stay grounded even in moments of disturbances and chaos, patience, understanding, emotional strength, determination, and persistence.

The company was built by a passionate and dynamic team with a mission to bring positive engagement to the participants and service users.
The team conceptualised activities that aim to inspire people with disabilities, the elderly and others to live, travel, learn and create friendships outside their family circle.

Bay Once Care Services intends to provide several services under the NDIS registration group that would provide the participants choice of activities they would love to engage in as well as a high standard of personal service performed by excellent and qualified employees of the company.
