This exciting new position has been has been developed to help specific members of our community access the NDIS Allied Health supports they need to live healthy lives.

About The Role

We are excited to announce the new NDIS Access Support roles here at Monash Health, including this important role to support assist vulnerable groups in our community access the NDIS.

This newly created role will focus on working with the broader team and the community, as well as Monash Health programs to enable sustainable resources to support access to NDIS supports. This role will provide opportunity to build NDIS knowledge and build key relationships with our community stakeholders.

About You

You have a passion for working with people with disabilities and the different cultural and lingistic backgrounds they come from. You have a keen interest in building sustainablility for service delivery and work well with others. You are an advocate of Monash Health’s Strategic Guiding Principles
