Our client is an NDIS provider, offering specialised healthcare products for people with a range of disabilities & health issues across Australia.
Due to volumes & growth & volumes, we are looking for multiple Customer Service Consultants to commence ASAP!
Customer Service Consultants are responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service to new and existing clientele. Your day will be varied! With enquiries of existing customers, order issues and much more. No two days will be the same with a large focus on first call resolution! Your role will entail a combination of inbound calls, emails, order processing live chat & more! This position is based in Newington, Sydney.
This is a full-time perm role paying $59,280 + Super + PBI Benefits. This is a WFH/office-based position with flexible arrangements depending on business needs.
The hours of work for this role are Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 4 PM or 9 AM – 5 PM.
Please note this is not a full work from home position.
You naturally have a great attitude with an outlook of no job is too big or small. You are passionate about helping others, are naturally empathetic & enjoy being busy.
- Previous Customer Service Experience ideally in a contact centre
- Prior experience in NDIS/disability sector highly regarded
- 24 months experience in a customer service role minimum
- Ability to showcase empathy & deal with difficult conversations
- Motivation & experience working in a fast pace environment
- Resilient and pick up systems & processes quickly
