Time to bust another program! This time I am helped by my trusty assistants, Mr Biscuit and Mr Rabbit, who long ago helped me bust this program. It is the program that tells us that its unsafe or shameful to be vulnerable. It is part of a larger program that suppresses the feminine side of our natures – our intuitive, feeling, receptive side.

Your vulnerability is also a part of your inner child – that parts which is perhaps wounded but which also contains your joy, your curiosity, your playfulness and creativity.

Accepting our vulnerablity and sharing it with each other is just one of the many ways in which human conciousness is healing itself and changing for the better…
