This video looks as some myths and barriers that get in the way of the act of self-love. Self-love is something many of us are teaching ourselves as adults, as a part of the greater collective healing that we can choose to participate in. The deeper our capacity to love ourselves, the deeper our capacity to fall in love with Life itself. Its not the other way around!
